Who we Serve: Adults (18-64) Teens (14-17) Seniors (65+)

Adults (18–64)
Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, or a general sense of being “stuck.” Together, we work to untangle old patterns, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a more grounded, peaceful life.

Teens (ages 14–17)
Teens who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, school stress, social pressure, or family dynamics. I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where they can talk honestly, learn tools to manage their emotions, and feel less alone.

Seniors (65+)
Older adults facing changes in health, independence, grief and loss, loneliness, or big life transitions. I offer warm, respectful support to help you process your story, adjust to new seasons, and find meaning and connection.

How I Work

No two people are the same, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use an integrative approach, which means I blend different therapy styles based on what you’re going through, what feels safe, and what actually helps.

For clients who want it, I also offer Christian counseling, weaving faith and spiritual support into the work at your pace. If that’s not your background or preference, that’s completely okay too—everyone is welcome.

I provide individual counseling only

Types of Therapy I Use

Integrative, person-centered
I pull from several approaches and tailor them to fit you—your story, your nervous system, and your goals.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Helps you notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviors and practice new ways of responding so you feel less stuck.

DBT-informed
Teaches skills for managing big emotions, calming your body, and improving relationships without losing yourself.

Christian counseling (when requested)
Brings together clinical tools with faith, prayer, and Scripture for those who want their spiritual life included in the healing process.

Interpersonal therapy
Looks at relationship patterns, communication, and boundaries so you can feel more understood and connected.

Mindfulness-based
Uses gentle, present-moment awareness to help you slow down, breathe, and feel more grounded in your body.

Motivational Interviewing
Supports you in exploring mixed feelings about change and taking small, realistic steps forward—without pressure or judgment.

Trauma-informed care
Honors the impact of trauma on your body and mind, prioritizing safety, pacing, and consent in everything we do.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
For anxiety and OCD-like symptoms: we gently face feared situations or thoughts while practicing not doing the usual rituals or avoidance.

Solution-Focused Therapy
Builds on your strengths and what’s already working, helping you find practical next steps and small wins.

Psychoanalytic / insight-oriented
Helps you understand deeper patterns and past experiences that may still be shaping how you feel and act today.

Humanistic
Sees you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis—and focuses on your values, growth, and inner wisdom.

Strengths-based
Highlights your resilience and abilities, helping you see the ways you’ve already survived and what you can build from there.
